The delivery time for an order is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time. Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the parcel’s delivery status in real time.

Free Shipping Information
Free USPS Express International Shipping is available for all international countries/regions on orders over $39.99 US Dollars.

Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Free Shipping applies to merchandise only. Taxes, duties, gift cards, and oversized shipping charges are not counted toward the Free Shipping total.

Shipping Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If you don’t receive the confirmation right away, don’t worry—we’ll ensure your items arrive within the delivery timeframe provided at checkout. If additional information is required to process your order, we will contact you via email.

Furniture and Oversized Items
Oversized home items will be shipped via a freight delivery service and may take 4–6 weeks for delivery. The freight carrier will reach out to you directly to schedule a delivery time. Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized items and will be clearly shown during checkout.
